COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

When will my mask arrive?

The masks will be available from May 19.05th. sent.

Can I still have my order delivered to a pick-up location?

We still deliver to numerous pick-up locations. We ask you, however, to check whether the branch in question is still open before choosing a pick-up location. If the opening times have changed or if they are completely closed, we recommend sending them to your home address.

Are there any delivery delays due to the corona virus?

Due to the effects of the coronavirus, the delivery of your order will be delayed by up to 2 days. The best thing to do is to look at the link for shipment tracking to track your shipment.

How long is the return period during the coronavirus?

Due to the effects of the coronavirus on the infrastructure, we have extended our return period from 14 to 30 days. If you want to return items, but this is not possible due to quarantine or closed post offices, contact our customer service for further assistance.

Info: Masks are hygiene articles and therefore cannot be exchanged.

Delivery

When does my delivery come?

Orders are released for dispatch after successful receipt of payment. Your package will be delivered by one of our logistics partners to an address of your choice within 3-5 working days.

What does the delivery cost?

Shipments within Germany are free of charge from a purchase value of 60 €. For orders under € 60, the shipping costs are € 4,40. Deliveries are made by DHL or DPD. Your shipment can also be sent to a DPD Packstation. Your order will be sent in a recyclable shipping box and will contain a few small surprises.

How do I track my parcel?

We will send you an email as soon as your order has left our depot and has been dispatched. You will find a link to track your shipment in the shipping confirmation. You can also log in under My Account, select "My Orders" in the options and click on "Track Shipment".

Which countries do you deliver to?

From our production in Germany, we ship to 67 countries worldwide. Including the entire EU, Switzerland, North America, Australia and certain areas in South America, Asia and Africa.

Returns

How do I send an item back?

Your return is uncomplicated and stress-free. You can return your items within 14 days of receipt. You can use our online returns portal for this. There you can print out your return label with just a few clicks.

How can I exchange an item?

Select "Exchange" in the returns portal and enter your new size. Send us the wrong size and we will send you the correct size as soon as we have received your package.

Returns with Klarna

You have ordered purchase on account using the Klarna payment method and want to return all or part of your order? Please read the conditions for returns with Klarna carefully.

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the order confirmation that we sent you by email.

How do I buy a gift certificate?

RAVE Clothing gift vouchers are available in the following variants: € 25, € 50, € 75 and € 100. You will receive the voucher directly after your order by email.

How do I participate in the loyalty program?

Note: We are currently updating the loyalty program. It will be available again from January 2021. All points are retained.

You automatically take part in our loyalty program from your first purchase and receive free loyalty points. The loyalty points are displayed in your user account. There is no minimum order value required.

How can I recommend my friends?

You can find your individual voucher link in your user account. Give your friends a € 10 discount on their first order at RAVE Clothing. You will receive 1000 loyalty points every time a friend makes a purchase of over € 30.

How can I collect loyalty points?

You can collect loyalty points through various activities, e.g. through recommendations to friends (1000 points), newsletter registration (250 points), reviews (250 points), purchases and more.

What rewards do I get?

You can exchange your loyalty points for gift cards, discount codes, exclusive free products or free shipping. When you have collected enough loyalty points, you can exchange them for one or more rewards of your choice.
