What is the loyalty program?
"Techno connecting people" - with the RAVE Clothing loyalty program we want to show you our appreciation. You receive loyalty points for various activities, e.g. with every purchase, through recommendations to friends, reviews and more. You can exchange the loyalty points you receive for exclusive rewards such as gift cards, exclusive free products, free shipping and more.
How can you collect loyalty points?
You automatically take part in our loyalty program from your first purchase and receive free loyalty points. The loyalty points are displayed in your user account. There is no minimum order value required.
How many loyalty points do I get?
You will receive 10 loyalty points for every € 1 spent. E.g .: 50 € purchase = 500 loyalty points. You can collect more RAVE Clothing loyalty points quickly and easily through further activities, e.g. by recommending to friends (1000 points), newsletter registration (250 points), evaluations (250 points) and more.
What rewards do I get?
You can exchange your loyalty points for gift cards, discount codes, exclusive free products or free shipping. In the "Rewards" category you will find an overview of all rewards and the points required to redeem them. When you have enough points, you can exchange them for one or more rewards of your choice.
Can I accumulate my loyalty points?
You can accumulate your loyalty points as long as you want and save them for a reward of your choice. You can collect more loyalty points through recommendations. In the "Rewards" category you will find an overview of all rewards.
How can I give gifts to my friends?
"Techno is a family thing" - Give your friends a € 10 discount on their first order at RAVE Clothing. You will receive 1000 loyalty points every time a friend makes a purchase of over € 30. Go to the category "give gifts to friends" and use your individual friends link.
Where can I see my score?
You can see your score in the top bar and in your user account. We will send you an overview of your current loyalty points credit and the available rewards by e-mail every month.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, there is no limit. You can get started right away and earn as many points as you want.
What do "approved", "open" and "rejected" mean?
- Approved: You can redeem the loyalty points immediately
- Open: The loyalty points must be unlocked before you can redeem them. For example with returns
- Declined: These loyalty points will not be added to your account. For example when you cancel a purchase
What happens if a referred friend cancels their order?
Your "open" loyalty points will be deleted and removed from your loyalty points balance.
Why is my score lower?
You or someone you referred canceled or returned an order.
I completed an activity but didn't get any points.
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and credit you with the loyalty points.
Can I use my loyalty points during the payment process?
Not directly - please redeem your loyalty points for a voucher that you can enter during the payment process.
How do I exit the loyalty program?
If you don't want to collect any more loyalty points, please contact us. We will do our best to convert your outstanding points into a voucher. Your efforts have not been in vain. Just write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I leave the loyalty program and want to come back later?
This is not a problem. Just write us an email and we will activate you again for the loyalty program. Email: email@example.com.
