§ 1 scope, customer information
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between RAVE Clothing (Marcel Habermehl, Kleinbachstr. 3, 35510 Butzbach) and the consumers and entrepreneurs who buy goods through our shop RAVE Clothing (www.rave-clothing.com). The contract language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.
(2) You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. In the course of the ordering process, you enter your data and requests with regard to the method of payment, delivery modalities, etc. Only when you click on the order button do you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) With the confirmation of receipt sent immediately by e-mail, acceptance of the offer is also declared and the purchase contract is thus concluded.

§ 3 Customer information: storage of the contract text 
Your order with details of the concluded contract (e.g. type of product, price, etc.) will be saved by us. We will send you the terms and conditions, but you can also access the terms and conditions at any time after the conclusion of the contract via our website. As a registered customer, you can access your previous orders via the customer login area (My Account).

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice
You can correct your entries at any time by submitting the order. We will inform you about further corrective options on the way through the ordering process. You can also complete the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 retention of title 
The purchase remains our property until full payment.

§ 6 statutory warranty rights 
The statutory warranty rights apply to all goods that you can order in our online shop.

§ 7 Limitation of Liability
We exclude liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, provided these do not relate to essential contractual obligations, damage from injury to life, limb or health, guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG). The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. The essential contractual obligations include, in particular, the obligation to hand over the thing to you and to give you ownership of it. Furthermore, we have to provide you with the item free of material and legal defects.

§ 8 Payment by invoice and financing

In collaboration with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account and purchase in installments as payment options. Please note that purchase on account and installment purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.

When buying on account with Klarna you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. You will find the complete terms and conditions for the purchase of the invoice here. The online shop charges a fee of EUR 0,00 per order when purchasing on account with Klarna.
 
Hire purchase
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least € 6,95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Privacy Policy
Klarna checks and evaluates your data and, if there is a legitimate interest and reason, exchanges data with other companies and credit agencies. § 9 consumer information: non-participation in a dispute settlement procedure

§ 10 General Conditions of Participation in the RAVE Rewards Loyalty Program
1. General
RAVE Clothing (Marcel Habermehl, Kleinbachstr. 3, 35510 Butzbach) (hereinafter: RAVE Clothing) operates an online and mobile usable loyalty program called "RAVE Rewards" (hereinafter: RAVE Rewards loyalty program) at the URL www.rave-clothing.com . Registered RAVE Clothing customers who shop via RAVE Clothing (www.rave-clothing.com) collect loyalty points after creating a user account, with which they can purchase discount vouchers from various providers.

2. Scope
(1) The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply between users of the RAVE Rewards loyalty program (hereinafter: RAVE Rewards participants) and RAVE Clothing. The RAVE Rewards Member accepts these conditions by creating a user account on www.rave-clothing.com. The version of the terms and conditions valid at the time of registration always applies.
(2) RAVE Clothing reserves the right to make changes or additions to these terms and conditions or other processes described on the RAVE Rewards loyalty program page at any time. Changes and additions to these terms and conditions must be made in writing. The RAVE Rewards participant will be informed immediately of any changes to the terms and conditions by electronic mail (e-mail). If the RAVE Rewards participant does not agree to any changes or additions to the terms and conditions, they must contradict them by sending an email to hello@rave-clothing.com. If this objection is not made within four weeks after the changes and / or additions become known, the terms and conditions automatically apply as approved by the RAVE Rewards participant and thus become part of the contract.

3. Registration and participation
(1) The RAVE Rewards loyalty program is part of the superordinate RAVE Clothing offer on www.rave-clothing.com. Participation in the RAVE Rewards loyalty program takes place after successful registration of a user account or through the initial purchase on www.rave-clothing.com. New customers also have the option of re-registering at www.rave-clothing.com/account/register. Any natural person with at least limited legal capacity, as well as associations of persons and legal entities, is entitled to register. Registering for the RAVE Rewards loyalty program is free.

(2) By completely filling out the mandatory information on the “Create a user account” page as a RAVE Rewards member, confirming that the RAVE Rewards member accepts the terms and conditions, and submitting this data using the “Register” button, the customer gives a legally binding Offer to use RAVE Rewards loyalty program. Mandatory information is: e-mail address, first name, last name and password. The registration confirmation by RAVE Clothing will be sent to the RAVE Rewards member by email. RAVE Clothing users can view the terms and conditions on the website www.rave-clothing.com/treueprogramm and, if necessary, print them out.

(3) After successful registration, the RAVE Rewards Member is able to log in with his user data both at www.rave-clothing.com/treueprogramm and at www.rave-clothing.com.

(4) By registering with the RAVE Rewards loyalty program via www.rave-clothing.com/treueprogramm or via www.rave-clothing.com, the RAVE Rewards member receives a credit account to which 250 loyalty points are credited when opening for the first time.

(5) Each customer may only open one loyalty point credit account. RAVE Clothing can withdraw your participation for an important reason. An important reason exists in particular if the customer affects the rights of third parties or violates legal regulations.

(6) The RAVE Rewards member receives his balance overview by email on the first of the month (info mail) as well as the available rewards. If the RAVE Rewards Member would like to forego this information, the monthly info email can be deactivated via a link in the email (opt-out function) or by email to hello@rave-clothing.com.

4. Earning and validity of loyalty points
(1) In order to be able to actively collect loyalty points, the RAVE Rewards Member must - if not already done so - register on RAVE Clothing. By registering for these services, the RAVE Rewards member has the opportunity to shop online. The purchase price determines the number of loyalty points to be earned, with one euro corresponding to ten loyalty points.

(2) Purchases made through the RAVE Clothing Shop are immediately credited to the RAVE Rewards member's loyalty points credit account. When purchasing subscriptions via the RAVE Clothing Shop, the loyalty points are credited to the loyalty points credit account after they have been successfully debited from the bank account or the credit card of the RAVE Rewards member and a return waiting time of up to 14 days. The current number of points can be viewed at any time at www.rave-clothing.com/treueprogramm.

(3) Complaints about the loyalty point credit for purchases via the RAVE clothing shop must be made within six weeks of the purchase or the amount being debited. Thereafter, the shown loyalty points credit is considered approved.

(4) RAVE Clothing reserves the right to issue promotional codes for additional loyalty points. These can be entered once in the validity period stated in the promotional code field under "My Account". Said loyalty points are credited directly to the loyalty point balance of the RAVE Rewards member. After the validity period has expired, the promotion code loses its value.

(5) RAVE Clothing reserves the right to cancel loyalty points in the event of abuse.

(6) RAVE Clothing reserves the right to limit or increase the granting of loyalty points for special campaigns.

(7) Loyalty points expire one year (720 days) after two years at the earliest.

5. Purchase of discount vouchers
(1) The RAVE Rewards Member can purchase discount vouchers for credited loyalty points at www.rave-clothing.com/account. He can choose from various types of discount vouchers offered at www.rave-clothing.com/account.

(2) If the RAVE Rewards Member has opted for a discount voucher on the www.rave-clothing.com/account page and the loyalty points credit account shows the number of loyalty points required for this, then clicking the "Reward receive ”a discount voucher is provided for him on the website. When available, a new window opens, which the RAVE Rewards Member can either print out or display on a mobile device. When the discount voucher is provided, the respective value is automatically deducted from the loyalty points credit account. The loyalty points will not be returned if the discount voucher is not redeemed.

6. Redeeming discount vouchers
(1) RAVE Clothing endeavors to continuously offer an attractive range of discount vouchers on the website www.rave-clothing.com/treueprogramm. This is a voluntary service by RAVE Clothing to which the RAVE Rewards Member is not entitled. A sufficient voucher offer to be able to redeem the points is neither guaranteed nor promised.

(2) A separate voucher must be generated for each redemption.

(3) The individual discount vouchers can only be redeemed up to the period of validity specified on the voucher and in the offer conditions. Once the validity has expired, the voucher offer also expires.

(4) The voucher offer cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts or offers and cannot be paid out in cash.

7. Termination and Termination
(1) RAVE Clothing reserves the right to discontinue or replace the RAVE Rewards loyalty program with a reasonable deadline or, if there is an important reason, without observing such a deadline.

(2) Participation as a RAVE Rewards member in the RAVE Rewards loyalty program is basically unlimited, but it is tied to the existence of the RAVE Rewards loyalty program. Participation ends at the end of the loyalty program.

(3) The RAVE Rewards member can terminate participation in the RAVE Rewards loyalty program at any time without observing a notice period. The service can be terminated by email (hello@rave-clothing.com) or by completely deleting the RAVE Clothing user account on www.rave-clothing.com.

(4) RAVE Clothing reserves the right to terminate the RAVE Rewards Member's participation in the loyalty program in the event that the RAVE Rewards Member contradicts the changed terms and conditions. The notice period is four weeks from receipt in order to enable the RAVE Rewards member to redeem the points they have collected up to that point.

(5) Upon termination of the service, all previously collected loyalty points expire and are irrevocably deleted.

(6) RAVE Clothing reserves the right to irrevocably remove a RAVE Rewards member from the RAVE Clothing customer database due to behavior that is grossly contrary to the contract. In this case, the RAVE Rewards member has no claims to his loyalty point credit.

8. Liability
(1) Claims for damages by the voucher user, regardless of the legal basis, as well as his claims for reimbursement of wasted expenses are excluded, unless the cause of the damage is based on a grossly negligent or willful breach of duty or an at least negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations); in the latter case, the amount of liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

(2) RAVE Clothing will always try to maintain the functions as much as possible. The availability of www.rave-clothing.com/treueprogramm as well as the mobile applications is, however, dependent on advance payments from third parties, such as the availability of the Internet or mobile network. RAVE Clothing assumes no guarantee or liability for this.

Privacy Policy
(1) By using the offers on RAVE Clothing, the RAVE Rewards Members agree that all of the data you have recorded under RAVE Clothing may be stored and further processed by RAVE Clothing in accordance with the statutory provisions. The data collected will only be used in the context of the respective services. Evaluations and statistical surveys are only carried out in anonymised form. An unused RAVE Clothing user profile will be automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

(2) Data that have been logged when accessing the RAVE Clothing Internet offer will only be transmitted to third parties if RAVE Clothing is obliged to do so by law or a court decision, or if the RAVE Clothing Internet infrastructure is attacked (Marcel Habermehl , Kleinbachstr. 3, 35510 Butzbach) is required for legal or criminal prosecution. It will not be passed on for other non-commercial or commercial purposes.
