Simple, straightforward, stress-free
1. Packing: Open that Online return portal. Enter your order number, select the items you want to return and you will then receive your return label to print out.
2. Shipping: You can hand in your parcel in all DPD branches or at a packing station. In most cases you can also deliver your package directly to your postman. Place the completed return slip with the items in the package and stick the return label over the old shipping label. It is best to keep the issued return receipt until we have confirmed your return via email.
3. Refund: As soon as we have received your package, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. You will receive the credit from the payment provider you used to shop with us.

Where can I find my order number?
You can find your order number in the order confirmation that we have sent you by email. It looks like this: 2020-RC-12345
Return with Klarna
You have ordered Klarna invoice purchase with the payment method and want to return all or part of your order? Here you will find one Instructions.
How do I exchange an item?
Select "Exchange" in the returns portal and enter your new size. Send us the wrong size and we will send you the correct size as soon as we have received your package.
I cannot select the items I want to send back in the return portal
Simply send your order independently to our address and enclose the completed sample withdrawal form. You can find it here Form.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You can find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation that we sent you by email.
